ED RN Shanistika Shivalni is a full instructor who is understudy as MIMMS (Major Incident and Medical Management Support) Course Coordinator in the Team Member Training on the 5th September 2018 at Lautoka Hospital. She is also a full and accredited instructor for MIMMS under Australasia MIMMS and ALSG (Advance Life Support Group). She will continue her understudy as course coordination in February 2019 for the Advance MIMMS training Fiji. She not only instruct local in Fiji but also the Asia Pacific Region. ED RN Sheetal Nand is an upcoming full instructor for disaster response in MIMMS and to be 3rd Nurse in Fiji as Emergency Nursing leads in disaster training and response.

MIMMS Team Member Course Coordinated ED RN Mamatuki Sosefo and also the Fiji MIMMS Coordinator leading the First ever Fijian faculty to conduct a Team Member (MIMMS) training in the Pacific with Fiji Emergency Nurses, Doctors and VFR (Volunteer First Responders) with Supervision of Course Director Dr. Dianne Stephens from the National Critical Care and Trauma Center (NCCTRC) Darwin.
